Whereas the Financial Matrix is the biggest system of control, the Physical Matrix is also growing and Operation Underground Railroad is helping set the children free. Tim Ballard, to say the least, is a rare gem. Frustrated by his inability to truly make a difference in the lives of the sex-abused children, he resigned from his cozy, comfortable, and compensated Department of Homeland Security government job, to do the unthinkable – start a charity to free the children.
